Awesome Muggies, all ya'll Lizards. Ritzy, I hope you're over your computer issue, (except of course, for having to put up with 8, which we can only pray Santa will bring another computer   )

What is that amazing piecing behind the R rug?

That is an incredible, embossed card. I would love to have the skill to make it as a quilt.

I feel like I'm the little girl who 'gets' to play with all you big girls in this Mug Rug forum. You are all awesome and talented. Someday I'm gonna get a machine that can do fancy stuff. My machine doesn't even have a blanket stitch.
Thanks for letting me play with you!!!

Terrie - my machine doesn't do blanket stitch either, let alone double blanket stitch, but we shouldn't let that hold us back  we just have to work around it.

Terrie, I was able to afford a machine with a few fancy bits on it about a year ago after saving up for years, but since the 70s my only machine was a very basic one. I still love, use, and will never get rid of my little Frister & Rossman Cub4. It's reliable, straight stitch quality is superb, and it just feels good. There is also not even a little bit of plastic in that machine - truly a 'Heavy Metal Friend', affectionately called 'Buster'....... Mmmmhhh..... I wonder if 'Buster' should play with boxer shorts???

Oh, all these wonderful mug rugs. It's a joy to see them all.

I can add to the amusement today because yesterday I got a letter with a wonderful rug from Marilyn. I love that little bird and I enjoy the flowers very much. I had it on my table last night just beside a vase with roses in it and they were the same color as your flowers.
                          Thank you so much!
