My quilt won't be done in time, but I really want a copy of the book. I will put a picture in when mine is done (I seem to have a problem with deadlines). I also would like 2 more copies for my sisters who quilt so I can tell them the story. For the tally keepers, that is a total of 3 copies!!

I would love to buy 3 copies of Carol's book/DVD. This is an historical book that I want to donate to our Gresham, Oregon Library!

A big hug and thank you to Margo for suggesting this pre-order list and to Clara for offering to maintain it! 8) And hugs to Terry Knott for emailing me about this fab pre-order idea!

            Happy quilting,
            Shirley

Please, please, please try to get your quilt done. Several of us procrastinators are working away on our last minute quilts.

Maybe Carol should have the last chapter devoted to the unfinished projects out there.

Brenda, I agree with Lorna. Please try to get it finished, or at least to a point where you get get a picture for the book. I like Lorna's idea of a section of unfinished projects, too. Sometimes life just gets in our way and we can't get as much done as we'd like.

I am one of the world's largest procrastinators  and I just finished my quilt last week and I am so thrilled that I did it! My quilt took on a life of it's own and it just kept growing because I couldn't be satisfied with what I was doing. However, it is now bound and has grown as much as it will grow. I'm going to work on the label today, but I still need to come up with a name...and, of course, take pictures. Names are hard to come up with and I was hoping that something amazing would just pop into my head, but so far, nothing yet.

I had to be prodded along by several TQS members to 'get 'er done', so now I'm passing on that challenge to you !!!!

I'm working on it too... I'm quilting like mad. Ok, I guess not, because I'm typing. But off to go do another 6 hours. Eeek.

Thanks for doing this, Clara !!
I'd like at least two copies, but depending on the price I may purchase one for our guild and donate it to the library.

Procrastinate is my middle name. However I married my DH 34 years ago and he is the total opposite, which makes it difficult at times. SOOOO my quilt is not going to be done in time. I do want to buy one copy of the book and will add my quilt photo to the back inside cover of my copy when I get it completed. I really look forward to seeing all the beautiful works of love that will be in it.

So far, just off this forum topic we would have sold 46 books. That was fast. She will be happy to see all the names. Clara
