Thank you---thank you-----thank you!!! I just can't say it enough. Today I recieved a package of 65 hst. This has taken care of my shortage and now I am 15 over. I can send these on to someone in need. Being part of the Sisterhood of the traveling triangle has been so much fun but best of all is seeing the generousity of so many when I came up so many short.l This has been an unforgetable experience. Fri. I will be spending the weekend with 4 of my sisters at a quilt retreat and we are all bringing our hst. We are all going to make the friendship quilt. Thanks again

I was keeping a list of people so I could match up the over and unders but got very little response. Please keep hold of your extra's (Especially the one from Alex) - it looks like we might be sending out another SOS for a quilter in Australia who has still not received her 2nd box (including the golden tickets). We were giving it through the weekend to see if her box comes. I do have another forum topic called SoTTT's Clearing House that explains who I am and what I was trying to do for everyone.
Thanks!

When I was receiving the HST packages, many packages from Australia, Canada and England took a very long time to arrive. I even had one that was airmailed from Canada and it took almost a month to get here. Rosemary's package took over a month to get here from the U.K. I would recommend giving it at least 4-6 weeks before being too concerned that it was lost. I was also told by the Post Office that the packages will sometimes be delayed in Customs. When my daughter was living in Australia, several flat rate packages I sent her took four weeks to get there too.

Hello everyone. I hope your designing and sewing is going well. Unfortunately, Jill (aka patchworkjill) is still missing her second box. She is short 275 triangles including the golden tickets. It has been almost 3 weeks since the first box arrived.
I am sending out an SOS.
If you have extra hst or are willing to make more, please email me directly and I will send you the address.
Jill does live in Australia, if mailing costs are a concern please message me directly.
Thanks again (and in advance) for your wonderful generosity.

MAYBE in future exchanges there should be a pot of extra patches.... example: 6 extra triangles could be sent in by each contributor...just for a pot.... that would take care of shortages. at the very end of the exchange a RAFFLE could be held for the remainders...... or a charity quilt could be made by someone for QUILTS OF VALOR or any other valid charity.

This is my last post/inquiry offering HST exchanges. I have an extra from Alex, and quite a few duplicates, including duplicates from several countries which I am offering for exchange. I'm nearing the completion of the blocks for my project and would like to do any exchange prior to that completion. Let me know if I can help you! - Thanks!Lotti, Kuessnacht - Switzerland

Completed the center of my medallion quilt! I have about 120 HSTs from the exchange and another 40 red HSTs (three different pairings) I made to complete the red outer rows that I'd like to find a home for. The HSTs are pressed, paper removed, and dog ears trimmed - just begging to find a forever home. Send me your address and I'll happily ship them to you.

Hi,
I've been working on my HST project and have realized I'd like my quilt larger by a whole row, requiring more HSTs than what I have. I've been making pairs of which I only need one, and have accumulated the other matches which I'd like to exchange for unique HSTs which have NOT been in one of these exchanges. I do not mind if they are all from the same person....I just want them unique. If you would like to do some exchanging, please contact me.
