    As promised, here's a picture of my Month 1 of Sedona Star. The fabrics are all batiks and the turquoises and purples are much deeper and richer than than the photo shows. Off to work on Month 2!

                                I went to Harrogate for the Knitting & Stitching show yesterday. Bought 1 length of fabric for a dress, some christmas fqs, some thread to use on my yellow silk waistcoat (which I have been working on recently) some more white egyptian cotton (as used in caught red handed) and finally got around to joining the Quilters Guild of GB. I also asked if they would be bringing out a book on making the 1718 quilt, and the answer is that they are talking about it - which is a step in the right direction And some more Bottom Line thread in other colours, I used it for EPP and apart from it sliding out of the (crewel) needle eye I was very pleased with it.
