I am making the larger blocks for the April BOM. but wondering why I had to make 6 HST of the blue lattice and green scroll prints. I don't see 6 blocks used anywhere in the layouts; there are always multiples of 2 or of 4. And it doesn't say anything, does it, about discarding the extra 2 blocks. Confused!

On April 1 Sue posted a reply to this. You will have two extra light/pink and two extra green scroll/off white HST's. Throw away or set aside. "Without these on the sheet, the paper foundation would have been shaped like the State of Utah" according to Sue. I laid out all pressed HST's on foam core covered with batting. It has made sewing together those tiny pieces very easy.
Sally, who is almost caught up. I just need about 10 more days before May arrives.
