Use freezer paper for pinwheels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm a little behind but I just finished my 4-patch border and will post a pic in a minute. But I also started my pinwheels and figured out a way to use freezer paper. This allows me to not sew to the paper and reuse the same piece of paper for several pinwheels and never have to peel the paper off the back. Now I just need to figure out how to write the instructions so I can share it with anyone who would like to try it. Most quilters love freezer paper and I am loving it more every day.[/b]

I am looking forward to the tutorial on using freezer paper for pinwheels....sounds very interesting.
Mine are all finished and went together really well especially because I double checked my quarter inch seam on the machine...for Feb border I was off by a few threads which ended up causing my large floater.....
Imagine a few threads multiplied several times?? Therein was my problem and I am glad I fixed it.
FOLKS, DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SEAM ALLOWANCE AGAIN as per Margo's instructions!!
cheers

BIG HINT.....It's really not the size of the seam allowance that really matters, but the measurement of the FINISHED BLOCKS!! Do whatever you have to do to get the seam allowance adjusted so that the FINISHED BLOCKS are the right measurement, then the assembled pieces will fit better!
My tutorial shows how to test your finished product:

We can do this!

I just read the blog and then hit the forum and here I find that you are addressing the writing of instructions to reusing the freezer paper. Kudos...I await your tutorial.
