Finished my January block. It was more time consuming than I thought it would be. I love everyone's block. They are going to be wonderful. Bought my focus fabric years ago and have petted it often. Glad I saved it. It will be great in this quilt. Camille

Mine is done!!! Yeah!!!  I posted in Show and tell. Now I just need to finish auditioning setting triangle fabrics. I am really leaning toward a mottled dark brown for this quilt - being scrappy I want to keep it a little more neutral. Also I need to decide for sure about green theme for the second one. I think I am still going to use the same green I used for this one and the same background too, since those are the exact colors of the walls and trim in my new bedroom, but I think I will use a variety of darker greens for the feathers and tips.

My hat's in the ring! Finished center block! Now I'm auditioning fabrics for the next round.....I'm thinking the one on the bottom - any thoughts?

Camille and Mandy - very nice! I like the green and I like the orange/red in Camille's. These are going to be so beautiful!

I just finished mine. I have it blocking tonight and will try to get it posted tomorrow. I hardly needed to block but wanted to give it a good pressing and didn't want it to warp. I'm kind of amazed that all those pieces went together perfectly. Sue's directions and the PP patterns were awesome. Gloria

Oh my gosh! The January BOM Show & Tell page is so fun to look at! All the different color combinations are beautiful! I decided against dyeing my fabrics for this quilt and instead bought a focus fabric and pulled from my stash. I finished yesterday and posted my block this morning.

Oh, I'm so jealous of those that have gotten theirs done. I keep having stuff come up. I have half of the foundations cut out and the cut fabrics with them. Maybe I'll get back to it tomorrow.
