    BOM Squad check in.

I thought it would be fun to have a place for us to check in and let everyone know that you are part of the BOM Squad, (a person who is particapting in the TQS BOM.)

I am making two seperate coloring scheme's. I am making one using Ricky Tim's Rhapsody fabrics for the background, in this set I am using fusible web. My other color is in more traditional colors using needleturn applique.

I'm here too! I'm sticking pretty much to the original color scheme but I'm using fabrics from my stash -- so far so good! I'm doing invisible machine applique.

Me too. I'm using Ricky's hand dyes on dark gray with machine applique method from Sue Nickels.

I am doing mine with the kit, and some of my own fabrics. Doing needle turn applique.

Count me in! I am using most of mine from my stash with a few new pieces here and there. I am doing needle-turn applique for the first time.

I started out using mostly reds and greens thinking Christmas quilt but with the addition of yellow it's taking on a different life. I can't believe I have 6 blocks done. I figure if I get the seventh one done then I am in for the long haul.

I've only got one block done, but count me in for the long haul!

Black background, bright vases & flowers, mostly hand-dyed fabrics with some batiks.

              Machine applique.

I decided to do a sepia-toned BOM from my stash. So far, so good. I've been trying a variety of turned-under-edge machine applique. I have two blocks completed and the third ready to sew.

I'm still in. One block is all hand needle turn and the others are or will be invisible machine applique. I'm using my stash also.

I'm still working on May and haven't started June, but I'm saving some hand work for when we make our RV trip to Washington in a few weeks. I'm doing hand applique with fabrics from my stash (plus a few from trips to the LQS).

                          I'm doing two versions:
Black background, bright colors from stash, machine appliqued with monofiliment.
Colors like the original, needle-turn, new to stash fabrics

Only have Jan done-working on Feb and have Mar, Apr and May ready to take to Alaska! The only nonstash fabric in mine is the background. Most of the rest is batiks (I have ALOT). Following general colors except for the vases and more orange. Doing needleturn.
