    Sally, I LOVE your vase! What a great use of fabrics! Was that one piece of fabric, or did you fussy-cut applique?

        Thanks for the kind comments. The vase was made by stitching a black vase in place then adding applique motifs cut from a border stripe fabric from waaaay back. Sally

            Helo Gils,

            I need some help. What is the best way for appliqué ore sewing on the green leaves on the february block.
            I find them a litle dificult. I wish I could explan more but I do not know how.

              Duffy, I appliqued my February block leaves with the needleturn method. If you are using this method, make sure your turn under seam allowance is very narrow so your curves will be smooth.

                  YEAH I finally got my Feb block done! I posted the picture on my profile.
                  I have already started on my March one, hopefully it wont take me as long and I can get caught up with everyone else. But I doubt I will actually be able to finish it in a weeks time.

                            Duffy, I love your pink daisies. The daisies remind me of Gerberia daisies, with their bright colors! I recognize the vase fabric, I have it in my stash!
