Help! My Block 1 blocks are all too small by about 1/2". Any suggestions to correct the sizing? I can not bear to remake all of them.

I think you mean the Month 2 Block 1 blocks. There are 3 things we can do wrong when piecing blocks: the cutting, sewing, and/or pressing. Check all 3 to see what happened.

Jennifer, Could you post a picture of your 4 blocks that make up the center star? This was discussed in month 1 several times
but I would have to go re- read those post pages to find it. An easy way to bring your center block up to size would be to
add a coping border. The finished block with seam allowance is 16.5 inches square. By adding a border to make up the difference
you would be the correct size for adding future blocks. HelenW
