July's Shoo Fly block is done ahead of time. Here is picture of progress so far.
The outside band of blocks is going to have a slightly darker background. I ran
out of the crackle, and ordered what looked the same but was a little darker.
Oh well, I am using it anyway. HelenW

I like it Helen. It frames the piece.

Liked how easy this one went together. I did all my Shoo Fly Blocks at the same time.

A good match with your soft colors.

My finished July blocks. I put them up on the design wall with last month’s blocks to check balance of color. My photo shows only 1 part of this month’s blocks. Tap to see the full view.

JoAnne, Love the dark background. If you put it on your design wall, why not take a photo of all and post. Would love to see it.

Yes this month's block was the easiest so far & I've finished all my Shoo Fly Blocks so this week I'll add them to my finished vases.

So far I like everyone’s block. There’s more individualism as the months progress.

July’s block and I’m still experimenting with color combinations using my inspiration fabric and color tools. My churn dash blocks are done - no color constraints on those.
