I know you did all the stems at 1/4" but how did Irene do the 1/8"? Does she have a Clover bias tape maker that is that small?

Great question, Eileen. I don't know and she doesn't say. I can't find a 1/8" bias tape maker by any company.
Karen K Buckley has Perfect Stems that she demos on her show and it's featured on the Master Class Applique Part 1 show. If you want 1/8" stems, I would recommend her product.Barbara Black
