I am working on a LIVE broadcast to give tips on how to use the Forum. This account is my "test" account and is the same as any Star Member's account so I can see what you see,

Could you tell me how to change my photo to an avatar? Not sure exactly what your crumbs were during today's Live, but when I click on my photo, nothing happens. I'd also like to add where I live.

Wendy, go to your Dashboard. Under Profile, select Avatar. Upload a photo to become your Avatar.
For the address, go to Signature in that same place. Create any Signature you like.
Be sure the click Save before leaving those places.
That should do it.

I just added this from my iPad. Click on the camera icon there on the left. Select Photo Library. Pick a photo and UPLOAD.

That is all there is to it.

Linda, when watching Live, post questions as a comment wherever you are watching—on Facebook or YouTube. At the end I can check all the comments to respond to any questions.

Barbara I went in to update my Forum & redo my avatar. I changed dominions so the picture would be right side & it is on Small size
but it still is turned side ways. Can you advise me how to turn it around. We couldn't find a place to do that?

Linda, I don’t know how to rotate a photo. I believe it has something to do with how the photo was taken with a smart phone. Try holding the phone in the other direction than you did to take this one. Upload the new photo to see if that works.

Hi Barbara. Thank you for the video which was very helpful. I am however still having problems getting my avatar and signature to show on my posts. I have gone into settings and both avatar and signature ticked but they are not showing. If I try to change any settings, I get an error message pop up saying "email addresses must match" and no changes are saved. Can you explain why this is happening?

I suspect there are two different email addresses associated with your account. Contact Customer service so they can take a look at your account.

I am brand new star member. How do I get to the show on how to use the Forum? I joined specifically to get the patterns for Color My World, and am trying to figure out how to get to the patterns. Any help is appreciated.

For the BOM patterns, be sure you are logged in as a Star Member. Go to LEARN, BOM 2021, find all the current patterns there. Month 10 is due soon but might be early.
