Yes, you have to seam the border to the correct length. I used a straight seam. Do a Bias seam if you prefer.

Having great fun using my own hand dyed fabric and batiks.
a little trick to keep track of the order of the house layout, use some of the freezer paper off cuts to make numbers which you can then iron on to each house to make sure the stay in the correct order.Attached FilesComment
