I finished mine, after making several practice runs! I really enjoyed making this.

I finished my Mariner's Compass 3 weeks ago. I really enjoyed making it. I spent some time getting the seams right on the quarters. I think that helped a lot in getting the center right when I joined the halves. Barbara's technique of basting the center first was vey helpful also. I'm going to remember the technique for the future.
