Month 2 finished. I spent weeks agonising over focus fabric. I took out the centre part of the star and replaced it with the fabric I finally chose. There is a lot to be said for choosing all your fabrics in advance. :lol:

Simply stunning work. I love the color scheme. Red is my favorite color haha. Where do you draw the inspiration for something like this?

Finally finished!

I know I'm bragging, but my Colorful Colorado Medallion (Halo Medallion) just won Grand Champion in our local county fair. Tomorrow (Monday) I will be sending her to the Colorado State Fair with judging on Saturday. It was the 100th anniversary of our fair and I received a commemorative plaque

and lovely ribbons.
