Donna2018 - I didn't know EQ offers online classes! I've been trying to learn by working through the lesson book they offer. I'll check out the classes. Thanks so much for the tip!

HelenW - Thanks for the mention. I would like to add, since I am using EQ8, with the block size set to six inches, I am not having the problem with measuring and the 1/16 or 1/32 piece size. I know my blocks do not have that straight edge to them, because I am using pinking shears. BUt, never fear, all of the blocks will measure six inches finished size.

Also HelenW, Donna2018, and Diane Ross - thanks for posting your EQ8 renditions of the quilt. They are giving me ideas...

It isn't possible to see if someone has made a comment to your post. You can see how many say "thank you"--to me that's the same as "Like" on Facebook. if someone aswers your question and starts with your name, that really helps--you can see that as you look through the posts. And you will get an email any time someone posts on the Topic you posted on, unless you turn that off by Unsubscrbing--there are many posts being made on this Topic right now so some people prefer to turn that off. I look at each one and can easily click on the link if it is a post I think I should answer--like this one!

Here is a link to a 6 minute video showing how to had photos and use the Forum:

Feel free to ask questions. Once we learn how to use the Forum, it seems easy. And a new website is under construction--stay tuned for that in the near future.
