As I can't watch the shows anymore I'm not renewing my star membership this year. Can anyone tell me as a non star member if I still have access to my account profile and the quilts I have in my albums?

Why are you not able to watch the shows anymore? If you have a technical issue watch the shows, please us our contact page and let us know what the problem is.

Oh I'll still be around but not paying to watch videos I can't view. I'll wait for the series DVD to come out instead. I only wanted to know if I still have control over my own profile and pictures.

Hi Bob, I have asked for help a couple of times but nothing happened. All it is is that the new format just doesn't work with my Internet speed. If I leave the whole show just running it takes about 5 hours, if it finishes at all, and if I then pull the slider back to the start to watch hoping it has downloaded it just starts the blue circle thing all over again. It doesn't matter what time of day it is or what anyone else is doing on my network or if I use the slower Internet speed thing, nothing makes any difference. The problem only started with the new viewing system and the option for the old one has now stopped too. Lifes too short to fret about it or spend three days watching the show in 30 second bursts, the DVDs come out eventually!
