I had this problem, too, so I emailed Bob (I think). He suggested I switch from Explorer to Firefox (I'm running Windows 7 on two computers, with the same problem on both). I switched to Firefox and the problem disappeared. Maybe trying different browsers will help some of you, too.

Thanks Anne but I already run Firefox so sadly that is not the issue for me. I have been in touch with Bob too and hope at some stage the problems will be resolved.

I've been having this problem also. I'll try version 2 tomorrow.

I have set up a test version of the new player with slower speeds. If you are having trouble with the white circle or the show stopping, please try out this test video. It has a slower speed added. If you still get the problems, go to the lower right and click on the checkerboard and select "Low" (speed). See if this helps. Here is the link to the test

At 9.20pm GMT I tried this link and it played without any problems. I have also just tried both the latest show and show 910 vers 3 player and vers 2 player and in both of those even with lowest quality setting I got the spinning circle.
Thanks for trying different things.
The other morning I watched the latest show with not problems, highest quality and in vers 3. Strange things happen out there in cyberspace when the sun goes down here :wink:
