Downloading shows onto a memory stick

Does anyone know if it is possible to download the shows onto a memory stick so I can watch them on my TV instead of my computer screen. If it is possible could you also post the "idiots guide" on how to do it. Hoping someone hears my call for help,
    Thanks
    Maria

Maria, I may be wrong, but I'm not sure that would be possible. I think that the fact that we are required to be signed in to view the episodes probably means that it would be difficult to copy them. It prevents the episodes from being "shared" with non-members.

Sorry, due to copyrights, the online shows are not available for download, only for online viewing. However, the DVDs are available for purchase and can be watched through any DVD player and TV.

      Hope this helps.

Dan Purcell's son showed how to hook up your computer to the TV to act as a monitor so you can see better..... that might help it just took some wiring. Personally I like DVDs for viewing the shows.... I keep fast forwarding / replaying at will..... I have tried multiple projects that I would not have prior. Nonnie

Dan Purcell (who is Bob Purcell's son) demonstrates in episode 506 how to create a Member Blog on TQS at minute 34:40 in the episode.

In Episode 605 he shows how to link your computer to your TV screen at minute 35:40 in the episode.

Thanks for reminding us of that segment, Anna!

My boys hook up my laptop via the standard monitor cable to the TV. Easy to do, and now I do it as well for watching my shows... love it.. If your TV has a USB, I'm almost certain it will take a standard monitor cable as well.
