Hey Anna several people have an off TQS blog. They write a TQS blog that just says they have a new blog posting on the other blog and the link to get there. Maybe that would get you more traffic over there. Karen

It can take a while for your blog to take off. One way to network is to go visit other blogs and make a comment. Other people who read that blog will then find you and pay you a visit - and so it snowballs. Maggi
PS Just visited your blog and made a comment but forgot to say I found you through TQS!

I just took a peek at your blog. I could not figure out how to reply to a post there. I'm just hoping that I am posting correctly here on TQS. I will go and take a closer look another time.

I was pleased to see that you attended the Lansing Area Patchers quilt show last weekend. I was there all day Saturday. I worked at the door prizes table for the first couple hours and then wandered around the show and vendors the rest of the day. I am a guild member, but was required to wear an official LAP hostess name tag. I did not have on my personal quild tag with the TQS logo on it. I suppose I could have worn both! Didn't think of that!

Love Lansing QS... this is my second year and I will probably keep on going in the future.

As to the comments posting... I think you click on the title of the blog it takes you to a second window where they have comment boxes for posting on the bottom. I am finding most blogs are set up that way.

            Keep checking back.

COMMENTS on most blog are done about the same

Click on the title of the post
A window opens that takes you to a blog with comment box
                    write you comments then submit..
some sites make you type in a funky looking word to make sure you are real person and not a hacker playing games
Sometime you have to pick a browser and plug in your email addresses and password...

I will let every one know how I am going on.... I hope to finish by Christmas..

I have decided I can either quilt or blog... both do not get done.

Have a new project coming of my TQS memorial quilt... I am doing blocks based on things I learned on TQS and practice my machine quilitng on these... I plan to post pictures on my progress in the next couple of weeks.
