I bought my Jem Platinum just before I went on vacation. I took it with me and gave it a good work out that week. It is a remarkable little machine and so portable. This is the first time I have ever had more than one machine and it is wonderful to be able to keep one set up for quilting and another for piecing or whatever. Guess what? I love it :!: Gloria

I just last month purchased (at what seemed like terrible extravagance!!!) the small Janome Red Heart Machine for using when I'm traveling or for classes and retreats! I have just used it for the first weekend and it was wonderful to NOT have to break down my big Janome 6600 to take it on these occasions.

I don't know which model the Red Heart campaign machine is most similar to......I have about 50 decorative stitches, needle up/needle down. And it weighs a whole lot less! And it was on sale!

Brink, you have a winner there! Keep him, (as if you wouldn't)! ha

        Yeah, I'm a happy lady!

I've got one too and I absolutely LOVE it! It's perfect for taking with me on trips (I've actually carried it with me on a plane when I went on a business trip!). I have a wonderful Janome MC11000 that I love, but it's just too large and heavy to take on trips or to class. The little Janome Jem 760 Platinum is fantastic - lightweight and it sews like crazy! And my arthritis doesn't suffer from trying to lift it! Love it, Love it, Love it!
