Good to hear from you, Lorchen. Keep getting the best medical advice you can. Part of Wendy's advice seemed very wise, the rest not so much.  Take care of yourself. As for being a wine lover, yes I am, but I have a lovely mug rug from you that has not yet been posted. I think I've had an aversion to using my camera for quite some time. I've not forgotten. Stay well.

Good luck with your decisions, Lorchen. I hope the medical issues get taken care of. I seem to just be at the end of menopause, so I can't imagine going back!!

I recently had a financial adviser run the numbers and I'll be able to afford to retired in less than 10 years, so now I'm just counting down. If I could afford to, I would retire today. But if there are negatives for you, you definitely need to take some time over the holiday to evaluate the options before jumping into anything. I know you'll make the right decisions.

Sounds like good advice, Wendy. My hubby has one year left and he's always wondering whether he should bother doing it or not.

I only had an old aunt, so I'd bet that a baby aunt would be lots of fun!

What a conundrum
Well, obviously Terrie is feeling better--lol!

Lorchen--I always knew you were a unique person but to have to be warned against pregnancy...? Praying you will have the wisdom you need to make the decisions that will work best for you.

I have not been on the forum in quite some time. Life has really gotten in the way. So, I was pleasantly surprised when in the mail I received this beautiful mug rug from Cathy. I really didn't think I was on anyone's list. Cathy thank you for the mug rug it is lovely. It really made my day. I will get you one in the mail very soon.

                        Terrie, I hope this helps!

Speaking of houses and buildings, weren't those architectural quilts by the Terry Grant awesome in this week's Show? I'm collecting the Quilters Newsletter house patterns, but free-form has a lot of appeal.
