My muggies (except for the one heading to Limbania, which was posted last week), are all packed and somewhere between the Zug train station and Zurich airport... Checked in my luggage this afternoon and I won't be seeing them again until I'm in Montreal... Then for the finishing touches and hopefully they'll all be heading out by the end of next week.

I'm now officially on vacation... Sewing machines unplugged and put aside, the major mess straightened up (well they're semi-straight piles now), roomba is doing his rounds and i think i need to sleep (worked till 12:30 - thats half past midnight last night and still not done, will have a few hours to do on sunday), tomorrow morning finish cleaning bathroom & kitchen and off to the airport as well... Wouldn't want my suitcases and the muggies to fly without me

Too late. I figured out how to more or less fix it. Since the mug rug was big enough, I cut off the bindings and corded the edges. Looks ok...not perfect. LOL

Safe travels Lotti, have a great time in Canada.

2 mug rugs done - 1 I absolutely love - having a hard time trying to decide who to send it to, want to make more based on the same idea, but one of the designs would be more than a bit 'naughty'.... So I have one top left to make up - still haven't a clue how to quilt it, and have been checking out lots of embroidery designs that could be used. Trouble is I also need to be moving Caught Red Handed along too if I want to get if finished... Decisions, Decisions!
