Found an oversized brown evelop marked "Par Avion" in my mail box today. It left a trail of fluffy stuff as I entered the house opening the envelop.

I am thinking you dyed them when you dyed fabric. That is so so cool. I need to get my finished Mug Rugs in the mail. They are waiting for me to sew on labels.
