Watching The Quilt Show on Smart TV

Hi, I'm actually the husband of fabricgirl1965. We just signed up for the membership and I'm trying to log in on our LG Smart TV so she can watch it there. However, it doesn't seem to want to log in. I log in on my computer just fine, but every time I try on the television it doesn't want to work. Any advice?

husband of fabric girl1965, I have not had a problem watching on our Samsung TV. Getting to the site and logging in, is not a quick process, but does log in
with the User name and password. If you scroll to the bottom of the screen while on this website on your computer you will see support. This screen shows up and
if you click on customer service, it will take you to an email where you can contact them. Maybe someone there can steer you in the right direction. HelenW
