Hi, I have a quilt shop and haven't figured out how to pay my sample maker. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

Here on the forum is a category Quilt shop talk: sample maker. It is an interesting conversation that might give you insight into what to pay your sample maker.

    Good luck!

I posted the original question. Taking all the comments into consideration and one discussion my LQS owner had with another QS owner, we came to this agreement. She supplies all the fabric, thread, batting, fusible (if needed) and pattern for the project. If I do not want to keep the finished project (when they are done with it) I get the equivilant in fabric used. They keep a card with my
running total. If I would want to keep the project it is mine when they are finished with it (no fabric credit). This has worked well for us for nigh on to a year. Thou I must say she is a very agreeable person and we are good buddies. Connie in NE Ohio
