Quilting with or without backing fabric?

    Quilting with or without backing fabric?

    Hello Ricky, I am very new to quilting and wondered if I should do my quilting with only the batting and later add the backing fabric and stitch in the ditch to secure the backing, or do I add the backing fabric first with stitch in the ditch and then quilt? Please advise. Thank you, I truly enjoyed this class and learned a lot from it.

    Add your backing and then quilt through all three layers.
