Help Help Please! The block information will not come through and show up on the pdf. I get a blank screen and it just says done. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Go to the "Contact" area on the purple bar. Then click on the triangle to the right of "Select a subject" and choose Technical Support. Then tell them what problem you are having. Any time that I have had a problem, the tech people have been great.

I do seem to remember a workaround, though. Try saving the file to your desktop, then opening Reader and using the "File-->Open" function to open the file that's sitting on your desktop.

When you want to print, hit the print function, then the Properties tab, then Advancedtab, there should be a little button that says Adobe RGB hit the little circle beside that then press OK then OK again and it should work.Originally posted by EditorAnne
Remember when you have to do additional papers for paper piecing, you can then select page 12 or the "current page" if your on the correct one and only print that page rather than the full instructions each time you need paper for piecing.
I also use the Carol Doak paper in my printer, it works fine and tears easily.
I have a new Kodak printer and the first thing I printed on it were the January instructions and had this problem. I thought there was something wrong with the printer but I figured it out.
