Thank You Sue Garman, Alex and Ricky

I want to take a moment to say thank you to Sue Garman for creating this beautiful "Stars for a New Day" bom quilt. Sue, you have put an unbelievable amount of work into this pattern and to provide it to us for free is beyond generous. I am having a lot of fun making the quilt blocks. This forum serves as a great help and inspiration as well as a wonderful place to learn.
Alex and Ricky, I also want to thank you for providing the bom to us. I have been a member of TQS since before it officially aired its first program and have enjoyed every aspect of the website. Your shows started out great and are getting better every day.
Alex, I met you twice at seminars in Toledo and Ann Arbor and I consider you the 'rock star' of the quilt world. You signed my label for a quilt I made from your pattern 'Star Party.
Ricky, I love your work also. I made a quilt for my brother from your pattern "On the Road Again". Beautiful quilt and fun to make.
Thanks to everyone involved with TQS; we members love the website.

My work schedule prevents me attending any guild mtgs or taking classes. I had felt pretty isolated as a quilter until TQS came on the scene. Now I have quilting buddies! This is my guild and I love it!

            Hi all -
l just want to say thank YOU all for your efforts to learn, stretch, and grow throughout these months. I know the Stars for a New Day pattern is challenging for many of you, but I also know that quilters are hard working, creative, and have unbounded enthusiasm when it comes to quilt making. When I look at all the pictures of your progress to date that have been posted, I am truly amazed -- you all are the BEST! And thank you to Ricky and Alex, not to mention John and Justin and Lilo and the others who help, for all their efforts to grow TQS into the finest guild in the world!
