Hi Alex. Are you recovered from the wedding and the cruise yet? I so enjoyed the video of the wedding. Looked at it a few times.

Since I'm not doing the BOM this year, can I still meet some of you at Houston anyway? I'm just not much of a one for applique.

Pat in Rockport, TX, waiting to see if Gustav is going to pay us a call.

I love the idea of sitting together in Ricky's concert, Margo! We'll plan on it! I plan to bring my DH with me tho since he's never heard Ricky except on my computer! But he's just a country boy at heart like Ricky.

Of course you can join us Pat! Planning on seeing everyone from TQS that we can!

Lynn, in Houston, waiting to see what Gustaf does.................

Wish I could go too. I tried to get a room about 4 months ago and found all the hotels I called were full up already. One told me they fill up for the Houston show immediately after they open for reservations for the show (usually very shortly after the last one). I don't like flying much, anyway--had too much of it in my day and it's getting more and more uncomfortable and inconvenient all the time. Anyway, hope you all have fun.

Anyone planning on going to the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival in Hampton VA next Feb 26 - Mar1 next year? How about the Quilt Expo in Chantilly, VA in October? I'll be at both of those.
