    new to tne quilting show

l am new to this site and would like some help understanding how to use this site and join the block of the month thanks

Welcome to TQS Heather! It looks like you have joined as a "star" member, so you already have access to the BOM pattern! Just click on the BOM link (on the purple bar at the top of the page) then click on the Sedona Star tab. That will direct you to instructions for this year's BOM. Just be aware that these patterns will only be available until December 31, 2012, so if you want to make the Sedona Star, you will need to go ahead and download all of the patterns before then.
In January the patterns for "Two Of Us" will start being posted.

For more help navigating the site, you will find answers to some frequently asked questions when you click on the HELP link on the purple bar, and there is lots of info (and chatter!) available on the forum.

Glad to have you join us!

Welcome to The Quilt Show Heather!

You have already found The Forum, where we chatterboxes like to cyber talk about all sorts of things - quilting, sewing, BOM's, longarming, fabrics and notions, health, family and fun. There are so many topics that people post on that it's hard to keep up, so the easiest thing to do is to click "View New Posts" which is in the lower blue bar at the top of each page on the Forum. That will bring up a list of only posts that have new comments on them. You can pick and choose which ones to read and comment on from that consolidated list. After you have read one, use your back arrow on your browser to get back to that list.

You can watch the videos by clicking Watch Shows from the Purple Menu bar. They come out once every two weeks.

The Classroom, Quilt Gallery and BOM and Projects (all in the Purple Menu bar) are all areas you will want to explore. Lots to see, do and learn.

                  Have fun!
