Completed Ruffled Roses 2011- Won a Ribbon at MQS show

I finished my "Enchanting Roses" quilt in March and entered it in the MQS show in Overland Park, KS. I was able to go to the show and am excited to announce that I won a 2nd place in the Traditional Custom category. This my first major show win and I was blown away! What an honor it was to accept the ribbon, woohoo!! I'll post more photos on my profile. I also posted on the BOM show & tell.

Thanks everyone for all the great compliments! I've landed back down on earth and am back to work on customer quilts. I did take time to do some flower planting today, it was a gorgeous day outside.
