Managed to get them done before the end of the month. Was finishing last year's BOM so I could enter it in the fair, so didn't start this until last week. This was no easy, and I'm working on one from my stash before cutting my kit fabric. I made every paper piecing mistake you can make, some multiple times, but I've got them done. I've watched the videos and tomorrow after church, I'll start assembling them.Ellen Lindow

#32.1Editing a commentLooking good. Practicing with your own fabric before cutting a kit is wise when learning new techniques.
On the solid version it looks like you didn’t trim piece 3 all the way before adding piece 4. It does give extra dimension underneath where they intersect so I don’t think it looks bad. Just an observation. And it might just be the photo.
