I am excited! I’ve finally finished up projects that I needed to get done before the holidays, so now I can start concentrating on my fabric selections. I’ve purchased about half of what I think I’ll need. Now just need to do some more noodling on the rest. I plan to use Moda solids and are thinking about playing with the borders and perhaps adding some wool. Time will tell!

#2.1Editing a commentI know you will have a special quilt when it’s done! This is so much fun. I changed up a border on my solids sample for month 4 and planned out all of the borders for my prints sample, with a variety of changes. Can’t wait to show everyone! -
Hi Carole B. I am thinking of using Maywood Studio Shadow Play fabrics. They are solid with a tone
on tone tint to them. They have 168 colors and the pictures are gorgeous. I am still working on Bloomer
center block and have the BOMs Avairy and Full Bloom in progress with much still to do on them. It seems like all my applique is getting hand embroidery on it. I think I am addicted. Having too
