How does one download the BOM pattern?

I am new to participating in the BOM

Two questions - when and where will the supply list be posted for Game On, and do you have a resource to purchase the C Jenkins freezer paper. Everywhere I find says out of stock.
I can't wait! My solids kit should be here Monday!
