My testimonial on the quilt show: Dee Christopher did a "Handmade Quilt" class last year. As a beginning quilter (only 7 years) I learned so much including piecing techniques that Dee shared. She modified some of the more time consuming blocks and gave instructions on how to approach completing the blocks by hand or machine. When I first saw the "Pick a Petal" quilt my immediate reaction was it was too difficult. But seeing the LeMoyne star in the middle gave me more confidence as I knew I had successfully done one with Dee's help. After viewing your video today, Barbara, I'm looking forward to your helping me as a novice learn more techniques and if any one out there is doubting their skills, this is a good place to work on them. Thanks quilt show for all you do.Comment
