This morning when I went to download, I am logged in, get only the video & NO PATTERN is there! Have they been moved to another location? I would like to get started on Tall Blogs #3.

I got two postings of the blog, but I can't find the pattern. I don't need it tonight, so I will look again tomorrow. I've got 'strata' to work on.

I'm having trouble getting all of page 5 to print pattern piece "g". The bottom is cut off. It seems to be too low on the page.

Judy, the patterns are correct. Check all your printer settings and print from a file downloaded to a device, not a view file or screenshot. The problem is not with the patterns.

I have exactly the same problem Judith,......in fact most of the printed pages have cut off part or all of the copyright info at the bottoms of the pages but this is the first on that cut off the patterns......they have all been printed in exactly the same way and the scale is right on........

I had the same problem under more settings select fit to paper and it worked

I had a problem printing the page with the shadow for tall building #3 right side. When printed at 100%, it cut off the bottom of the shadow. Here is how I solved it.

      Cut out all the pieces.

Place pieces 1-5 on a light box or window, overlapping the seam allowances.

Measure the distance from top to bottom including the top and bottom seam allowances. I got 9 9/16”.

I used some leftover freezer paper and drew the missing part on it and taped it to the bottom of the shadow pattern piece. Taping is OK cause we don’t need to use an iron on the entire piece.

Hold off printing Month 8 page 5 until I get some clarification of the pattern.

Why does the pattern that includes LS shadow show a shadow on #4 on the right?

Because it's reverse mirror image. Sewing on the back of the paper turns everything over.

I am cutting for Right Side tall buildings 3 and the Door says: Cut 1, 3"x3". Surely that should be cut 2, and the size should be 2" by 5"? And the letter a should be cut 3 and the size should be 1 1/2" by 5"?

The RIGHT SIDE TALL BULIDING #3 has ONE door and 3" x 3" is large enough to make it.

Yes I see my error!!!!! Left side and Right side are not labelled correctly. I am making a Right side building, but have used six windows and two doors! I see where the confusion is. Thanks.
After looking at the patterns again, I see that the door for the right side is printed on the page with the left side windows and the left side door is with the right side windows. I have it all straight now and am carrying on in my construction! I hope I have everything up to code from now on!

When sewing the buildings together, are we pressing the seams open? Some of the seams lay flatter with the seam pressed to one side but others lay flatter pressed open. Anyone?

Whichever you prefer, either is fine.
