Small Houses Ring complete. Was not sure that it was going to come together but it does have a little wiggle room.

Here is my Small House Inner Border Circle. I also have a picture of the Border with the Mariner's Compass. The circle came out flat even before I pressed the seams so I was very happy. I love the colors and I really enjoy making the houses using freezer paper. This BOM is a lot of fun and I am learning new techniques.

I've been having trouble uploading my pictures. I tried as PDFs but that doesn't seem to be working either. So I've tried making the pictures smaller. That seems to have worked

I finished my circle of houses but my inner raw edge to raw circle is only 17". What would be a suggestion for me to make the measurement of 17-1/2 - 18". I haven't ironed the seams open yet. Thank you

Iron the seams before measuring. That will probably do it. If you only have to ease 1/2" across the entire circle, that shouldn't be a problem.

Finally finished the circle. I almost gave up after my first mariners compass. i finished all the houses and trees and then redid my Mariners Compass and I like it better. I'm glad I didn't give up. Click image for larger version

Barbara, i don't know if this is the spot to ask you questions, but I have one on placing the trees on the inner ring. When I printed off the sheet for placement of the trunks and green leaf portions, my sheet prints off at 10" (the 1" square is 1"), but my pieced units measure 11" tall. Should I trim my units?

No, the houses should be about 11” tall. The Layout Template for the Trees is simply a guide for placing the trunks, nothing more.
