large ruler for creating circles, and 40" totally

I am looking for a show, in the first 7 seasons ( that is as far as I have gotten) that talked about using a ruler type system to make large circles and she also had special totally stable made just for her shop that was 40" wide. She is the only one that sells it. I thought I had bookmarded her shop, but no. I thought I had made a note of her name and product name, but no. I have looked though all the shows, but now I cannot find it. I know I am old, but I am not senile yet.

betroy, Not sure which show you are looking for, but there are a number that had circles in the topic. I took a screen shot so you can concentrate on just looking up those shows.
Also, Can you use a work around to use something else to draw your circles? I have always used the yard stick circle makers, but I found one for you that might work. I might
even purchase it myself. Designed for woodworkers but quilters could use it. Instead of nailing it into the wood, just use styrofoam instead. The only totally stable I could find
that was large is the 20 inch on the bolt in either white or black. If you tape two pieces of 20 inch wide together you get your 40 inches. Hope this helps. What is your project?
