    It’s finally put together. I really enjoyed the foundation paper piecing. I like the look of the appliqué border but I did not enjoy doing it. Blanket stitching around the piecing was extremely tedious

      Yea!! My top is complete.
      I am not a fan of paper foundation piecing, but figured I could do 9 blocks. I re-made one, not because the piecing was bad, but when I had all the blocks complete there was one that didn't fit with the rest.
      My borders are machine appliqued.
      Now comes the fun part - quilting!!
      I also have Halo Medallion to quilt. Two very different styles.

                            How creative AMiller! Very nice...and I agree:
                            very serene, peaceful.
