Second color wave for Patchwork Barn BOM

I just received BOM kit in the other colors. Not blue.

Since all instructions are shown using the blue fabrics how do I pick the colors for each block.

There is not a list that shows exactly which fabric to use with the Crystal Farms fabrics. With that kit I believe you received the fabric list--you could compare that to the Blue Sky fabric list shown in the BOM 2018 Introduction--that would let you see similar amounts of the fabrics in each kit.
Then select fabrics for each block as you like. People using the Crystal Farms may post photos of their choices in the Show and Tell Forum. I will post there now and ask those using Crystal Farms to post photos, be sure to look there.
Making your own choices lets the quilt be your own.
