Looking for a video seen on TQS

Sometime ago I watched a video from one of the daily email links and it was like kaleidoscope - or stack & whack... it was a 'no waste method' where the lady would stack the fabrics as in the regular techniques, but then cut strips and these into squares to assemble and got some neat results. I'm thinking she might have called herself 'the frugar quilter'..as it was a waste nothing kind of topic. Have looked through the list of videos (and oh my, I knew there were a lot there, but what an eye opener to just how many) & couldn't find anything. Maybe someone can direct me back to this one.

Have you looked at Jordanfabrics.com there are lots of video's and one about stack and whack.

Thanks Anne, I did scroll through Jordan's site. The one I'm looking for was an actual guest on TQS -- I can even picture her, but just can't find it. Maybe TQS can help!

        Hi Wilmaj,
Maybe you could look through the "show list" and actually bring up photo's of the person appearing on that show and maybe you would recognise her.
I thought at first show 502 Anelie Belden but that is Dresden plate.
Short of looking through each show send an email to TQS maybe they can help.
Hope you find what you are looking for …...let us know if you do.

Have you tried searching the shows.
Go to show list, search, kaleidoscope. At least six shows appear. If That doesn’t work search stack and whack, or no waste.
          Good luck. Janet

I put kaleidoscope into search at the top of this page and loads came up .
Would it be show 2402 with Marcie Baker.

Thanks to all of you who replied to my question on Kaleidoscope and/or Stack & whack I'd seen on TQS. I searched on YouTube again today and came across a video by Paula Doyle and I'm thinking she might be the one I saw on TQS.. she cuts her fabric into strips, stacks them as usual & then cuts 'squares' all along. These are either cut diagonally and then matched up; or just taking the stack of square & using them in one 4-patch block. No waste. I think the ones I made years ago were all 'fussy cut' so I'd end up with a piece of fabric with all these holes! Now to go back to TQS and see if a show comes up in her name.
