This week I got more inquiries about my on going CHARITY QUILTING from TQS members.

I am re-posting the links to the directions and the address to those that still want to participate. We are having a SATURDAY SEW IN on AUGUST 13TH where a group of ladies are gathering to sew the quilt tops together. We have selected several different patterns including disappearing four patch, and framed four patches, I spy plus several other patterns we found that feature four patches.

We have 8 kits made up
    Floral girl quilt
    brights - girly
    Red white and blue- boy
    I spy - brights
several UNI SEX quilts that are homey and could be male or female ...
    Boy quilts with sports motifs

If you still want to contribute you can, but try to have the blocks sent by August 5th.... We will continue to work on them after the sewing session but as several of us will be out of town late in August they will not get sewn on til after our Sept Quilt Show. We do have more sewing sessions set up for October and finishing in November.

check the August 13 and 15th posts

We had our CHARITY SEW IN last Saturday and here is a link to the pictures and blog about what I did with just some of the blocks from all you TQS members sent me. More quilts are being finished because several of the ladies took some of the kits home with them to finish up..

I had a great time with great quilters.
