Hi,

I have just recently paid to view these programs and I am not happy!! I live in Australia and let me tell you what happens ... it does load but then there's a lag, (a little round blinking circle comes up in the middle of my screen every so often) and I wait and wait and on it comes ... by then I have lost the plot vbg ... so over to you is there a solution to the prob.

Hi Nannaj, Welcome to the forum. You should contact TQS by going to Daily Blog on the top left of the page and scroll down to Contact Us. The technical staff will get in touch with you and help you sort it out. Sometimes my internet slows down and I get the swirling arrow before and while watching a programme but it usually resolves itself after a rew minutes. Good luck. Rita.
