I am new. I purchased a bundle of 6 past videos. I do not know how to access these paid for videos on the web site. I have e-mailed 3 times with no appropriate answer. Can anyone help me. I paid for these videos and would really like to watch them.

Have you tried clicking on the Watch Shows button - 2nd from the left, under the picture of Ricky, and followed it through to the shows you have purchased, they are all listed under there by their Series groupings and you should be able to access them through there.

PS Welcome to the Quilt Show forum, be prepared to get lost amongst the wonderful ideas, projects, and displays and chatter, for lots & lots of hours to start with, whilst you try to find things. I have looked in your account and will contact you through email to help you with this. We are so glad you are with us. In general any extra shows that viewers have are most easily seen in their My Account area. That way you don't have to remember the exact show numbers. You can even start those extra shows right from the My Account listing.
