I solved the hair conundrum by plopping a toboggan hat on my head! Showing all the things that make me who i am: skiing, biking, tennis, sewing, beach walking, mountains, sweets, and then my career as a retail pharmacist and listening to folks. Such fun

Is it ok to post face quilts here ? It’s the only place I can find that I could post on. I had hoped to be able to be a participant when I joined this past summer, but am really struggling with the forum.

Where can I find Alex's first Faces class? After watching the second and third, I'm hooked. But now I need to go to find out about the background.

My interpretation so far named her Scatter Brain. I created the hair using layered dissolving stabilizer and putting pieces of scraps of fabric, ribbon, yarns, thread etc...in between. Then sewed on top of all layers to hold the pieces, soak in water and Viola you have a patch of stuff. Did these awhile ago and it hit me today to use it as her HAIR.
