Hello Quilters,
is this black border ok? It is the fabric used in the flying geese and the Broderie Perse. I think that it is better than the pieced border that i attempted.

A bit more work to do filling in empty spots. I now realize I have painted myself into a corner: Given the way I have oriented the quilt, I guess I must come up with a design for the 4 large triangles triangles that will be needed.

Love the black border. You might try a little sliver (flange) inner border of orange? or pink? or red? Beautiful quilt!
