Is anyone working on this BOM? I have reviewed past posts. I don’t see any pictures from original postings. I have enjoyed in current BOM the minor changes or additions and miss this in this BOM.I have the pieced blocks done and finally got my background fabric so I can start appliqué of the letters and additional appliqué in the quilt. Will be a quilt for my first grandchild due in September.Linda H

Hi, I started the Ewe and Me quilt back in 2014 but got behind and never finished. I am determined to finish it this year. Last year I actually found my pattern book and most of my fabrics and rough cut the pieces for each block. Now I need to sew. Here are blocks I have completed. The only big change I have made was blocks O and S which I substituted Overall Dan and Sunbonnet Sandy. I used fabric from my late husbands shirt and pants for Overall Dan.

Working on my borders. Decided that appliqué for this quilt might be too much for a well used baby quilt. (Plus was a little tired of it.) picked a simple block and adding a few appliqué shapes to border. Found out theme is bears!
I got anxious to proceed and added top and bottom borders before appliqué, had to remove them to make appliqué process easier, I have the long side borders to go and then it is done and ready for pieced backing and quilting, Combination of hand and machine quilting, Will do the piping with the binding.Linda H
