Quilters by their nature keep lots of things, as evidenced by their large stashes. So you never know if you have a diamond in the rough amongst the collection of other things you have boxed up in your house. Take for example this Women's Cotten Printed Dress from the late 1700s that was gifted to a couple. They took it to Antiques Roadshow to find out some more about it and received quite a pleasant surprise with the information they received. Watch the video to find out what they learned.
The Alden Lane Nursery in Livermore, California, just down the street from The Quilt Show's own Alex Anderson, is famous for every year putting on their Quilting in the Garden show where they hang quilts from the large trees that hang over the nursery. Not to be outdone, the North Carolina Arboretum in Asheville, North Carolina actually "quilts" their garden, as they plant their plants to look like quilt blocks. Get a glimpse at how they do this in this video from 2022 showing how they're going to design the Quilt Garden for that season.

Each season, it's up to Marc Happel, Director of Costumes at New York City Ballet, and his team to make sure the costumes for those performances are in tip-top shape. Find out how they do it in this fascinating video from InStyle.
